Visiting Epic Loot
Welcome to Epic Loot!
We at Epic Loot are committed to providing a welcoming and safe place for our customers to visit. In these uncertain times we want to make very sure that we take steps to protect both you and our staff from contagion. In doing so, we have instituted the following policies and practices.
We require all customers and staff to wear masks or other face coverings while in the store.
We are taking steps to provide a space where you can keep at least six feet between you and other customers and staff.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY We will limit the number of customers browsing and making purchases to 10 people. To facilitate this, we will have a Television near the entrance of the store which displays how many active visitors currently occupy the space. If there are less than 10, you will be invited to enter. If you would be the 11th person (or higher), you will be asked to wait until someone leaves. Because of this, we will also be asking visitors to keep their visit short.
SPACED OUT STORE DISPLAYS We have spread out our retail space to include the area we usually reserve for tournaments. Because of this, customers should have the ability to keep their distance from each other while still having access to all products.
PLEXIGLASS SHIELDS Our registers have been fitted with shields that will help provide protection during purchases.
COUNTERS AND SHELVING We will be taking extra care to clean all surfaces throughout the day.
NO PUBLIC RESTROOM Part of limiting possible exposure during this time will involve closing our bathrooms to the public.
Temporary Limited Services
TRADE-INS We are now accepting Magic trade-ins. Cards must be dropped off for evaluation. All cards must be removed from binders and sleeves. Unfortunately, we cannot accept minis trade-ins at this time.
NO IN-STORE EVENTS The first thing we were forced to do when the Pandemic started was cancel all in-store events. It was a difficult decision since we love providing the gaming community with a great space and great organized play. We will not be hosting any events until we can do so safely.
