Shipping & returns
We will ship all of our items within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order is placed and payment is received. We ship most items through the United States Postal Service, but we may use other services for certain items. Orders over $200 may have signature confirmation applied to ensure safe receipt of the order.
If there are any issues with your order that may delay shipment, such as address or inventory issues, we will contact you before completing the shipment, and apply a refund where applicable.
Customers have 30 days to contact us after receiving an item to be eligible for a return or exchange. Any return request received after the 30 day return window may have a 20% out of warranty fee applied to any refund amount, and we may not cover the cost to ship a replacement for exchange.
We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the item received is defective upon receipt or if a different item than what is described in the listing is received (i.e. wrong item, wrong color). We will also cover the cost of shipping a replacement in either scenario. We do not cover return/replacement shipping for any reason other than what is stated above. Please review the description, title, and listing photo carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct item, or contact us if you need any additional information. Any opened item that is not defective or as described may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee applied to the refund amount. For example: if the item was sold as Brand New and Sealed the item must be unopened. All items must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept opened returns for any reason on the following items:
- Booster Packs (Magic the Gathering, Pokémon TCG, HeroClix, etc.)
- Booster Boxes
- Prepaid Game point/money/time cards (Xbox Live, PSN, WoW, etc.)
- Blind packaging figures (blind boxes, blind bags)
- Card or figure singles (MTG, Pokémon TCG, HeroClix, etc.)
- New Videogame software or any software that comes with an activation code
All returns for defective items will be tested upon receipt. If an item returned as defective is found to be in acceptable working condition, we will contact you and you will have the option to have the item sent back or have up to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
